Guardtech Group launch revolutionary new Cleancube Configurator to make container cleanroom facility procurement easier than ever before

THE GUARDTECH GROUP have once again broken the mould when it comes to cleanroom facility procurement with the launch of their stunning new Cleancube Configurator online tool.

The new website – www.cleancubeconfigurator.com – features six base models from which users can submit their key cleanroom container facility requirements – Mini (20ft), Mini+ (20ft double), Midi (40ft), Maxi 2 (40ft double), Maxi 8 (240sqm) and Multi 16 (480sqm – two stories).

However, clients aren’t restricted to those sizes – with the active fields on each stage allowing site visitors to tailor the Cleancube to meet their specific requirements. 

Site visitors can select from six different floor swatch options, decide on personnel and materials airlock additions, consider standard or rapid rise doors and choose different items from Guardware’s ISO range for the furniture & equipment fit-out.

But it’s the critical structural, mechanical and electrical component choices that really help to speed up the procurement process, with users able to select lux levels, classification, temperature & humidity control parameters, the ideal environmental monitoring solution, power and data needs and additional mechanical requirements such as compressed air, drainage, extraction, vacuum, purified water and process gasses.

“Whilst this new Cleancube Configurator is less intuitive – in terms of how the different images build throughout, it should still serve as a super-useful online tool for customers to flesh out an initial enquiry with us.”

Unlike the Isopod Configurator, which changes onscreen as you make live alterations based on your requirements, the Cleancube Configurator uses representative imagery throughout the different field stages for capturing critical client data on the container facility they want.

So, whilst users won’t get to see exactly what they want onscreen, they will get to see a stunning representative Cleancube image as they record all the vital information required to help Guardtech generate the perfect cleanroom container facility quote.
